We Accomplish this by
Exposing Christian Believers to Missions
AFM will provide short-term trip opportunities (2-8 weeks in duration), which allows participants to serve alongside our African brothers and sisters, to see first-hand how God is moving in other parts of the world, and to experience some of the issues faced by the church in Africa.
Developing Leaders, Mobilizing Interns and Career Missionaries
The heart of AFM is discipling and developing the next generation in their walk with the Lord! We are also connecting with and developing leaders to mobilize those who feel a call to ministry. Leadership development opportunities are available here in the States at our Freedom House property in Charleston, SC, as well as in other countries where we have partnerships. Many of those will have the opportunity to serve within AFM ministries but also equipped to serve wherever God has called them.
Partnering for the Kingdom
Africa Freedom Mission desires to make a significant impact in the care of widows and orphans, poverty alleviation, etc. We do this by aligning our trips with the long-term vision of the ministries we work with and promoting their work back here in the States.
Charitable Status and Affiliation
Africa Freedom Mission is setup as a “Doing Business As” (DBA) under Freedom House International, Inc (85-3808497). and therefore is approved for accepting charitable donations under its 501(c)3 status.
