Winter Trips

Lusaka, Zambia
In Lusaka, our teams will partner with a variety of ministries that provide orphan care, community outreach, evangelism and discipleship, mentoring, street kids ministry and feeding programs. We minister both in Lusaka and some of the rural communities surrounding the city. These trips are an amazing opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of ministry and build relationships with our Zambian friends at the same time. We recruit 40-50 team members for this trip and then divide into smaller teams for daily ministry.
Kitwe, Zambia
In Kitwe, AFM partners with an orphanage and some local ministries and churches. While there, we will serve the rural communities surrounding the city of Kitwe as well as in the city itself. Teams will be involved in evangelism, discipleship, orphan care and much more. This will be our first winter trip to Kitwe that we’ve done! AFM is recruiting a team of 15-20 people for this particular trip.
